The lush and verdant forest vegetation, breathtaking stream valleys, peculiar and majestic cliffs, and rich cultural landscapes form a series of captivating and beautiful pictures, characterized by ‘seclusion, elegance, grandeur, peculiarity, and antiquity.’ Jinzi Peak National Forest Park primarily offers forest ecological sightseeing, summer retreat, and vacation tourism, and also serves as a venue for sightseeing, religious pilgrimage, and an ideal science education base for primary and secondary school students. In June 2002, the Qian Gang Gorge within the park was awarded the title of one of the ‘Top Ten Gorges of Zhejiang Green Valley.’ Jinzi Peak and Baizhang Mountain have been popular scenic spots for Qingyuan residents since ancient times.
