Jiuxiao Biyun Cave, nestled within the Fuchun Taoyuan scenic area, is an expansive cavern that covers an area of up to 28,000 square meters. The cave’s highest point soars to an impressive height of 24 meters, providing an awe-inspiring experience for visitors.
The cave floor is remarkably flat, with the capacity to accommodate over a thousand people comfortably. It offers a uniquely cool sensation and an enthralling, otherworldly ambiance. Within the cave, the towering ‘Pillar of Heaven’ stands at an astonishing 20 meters in height, seemingly holding up a ‘blue sky with white clouds’ on the cave’s ceiling.
The cave is adorned with a dome-shaped hall that features 23 distinct sets of vibrant rock formations. These formations include the divine flowers of Shenzhou, the Huangguoshu Waterfall, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Thai Elephant, and more, creating a one-of-a-kind karst cave spectacle that elicits admiration for the marvels of nature.
Visitors can explore the cave throughout the year. It operates daily from Monday to Friday, with opening hours from 08:30 to 16:00, and on weekends, from 08:30 to 16:20.
