Jiuzhouwa Rose Park is located in the southeast of Liaocheng, a water city in northern China. It covers an area of about 131.2 hectares. It is the landscape core and green lung of the high-tech zone. In the future, it will be built into a northern rose-themed urban park with roses as the theme, integrating amusement features and wetland features. Here, it integrates theme park, city park, wetland park and cultural park. With the concept of blooming roses in nine states, it adopts the shape of roses to create one center, one belt and five zones: taking the 357-mu rose special area as the core, through the construction of 11 special rose parks, it forms a rose-themed park with many varieties and large scale in China. Surrounding the rose special area, a 162-mu rose application display belt is formed. Combined with the needs of the park and the coordination of the functions around the city, five functional areas including urban leisure area, industry exhibition area, amusement theme area, conservation research and development area and supporting service area are formed on the periphery of the park. Jiuzhouwa Rose Park pays attention to the multi-level application of rose varieties. It selects many varieties such as ground cover roses, climbing roses and tree-shaped roses, and integrates roses into the overall planting framework. According to the characteristics of different kinds of roses and combined with different scenic spots, it creates a beautiful flower viewing space. Through four rose areas including flower sea, flower forest, flower bay and flower garden, as well as 11 theme parks such as classic rose garden, large-flowered rose garden, miniature rose garden, climbing rose garden and fine rose garden, it shows the characteristics and charm of different roses.
