Juxing Tower, also known as Kuixing Tower and Wenchang Pavilion. Locals call it Wentao. It is located on Pingshan in Yuen Long, New Territories. It is an ancient tower with a history of more than 600 years. Originally, Juxing Tower had seven floors. However, due to the erosion of wind and rain, the upper four floors have collapsed in wind disasters, leaving only the current three floors. The ancient tower is hexagonal in shape and is built on a low platform, mainly made of blue bricks and granite. Opening hours: Open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays to Sundays throughout the year; Closed all day on Tuesdays throughout the year. Closed on Tuesdays (except public holidays), Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and the first three days of the Lunar New Year.
