Introduction: Kangjian Road Pedestrian Street is a famous street in Shangrao. It was completed in 2001. Rebuilt on the ruins of the bombing by Japanese planes during the War of Resistance. Hence, it got the name ‘Kangjian’. It runs in a north-south direction and is about 500 meters long. It starts from the bridgehead of the pedestrian bridge in the south and ends by the side of the central square in the north. For a long time, it has been a residential area. After the reform and opening up, old houses were demolished and new buildings were constructed. Commercial buildings or supermarkets such as Guotai, Xinjiang, Yongsheng, Zhengda, and Jiebai, along with savings points of Industrial and Commercial Bank, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and Agricultural Bank, as well as post offices, telecommunications, and postal savings banks, have driven the prosperity of finance and commerce. For all tourists coming to Shangrao, Kangjian Road is one of the must-visit scenic spots.
