Konggu Changtan Water Park is located within the Baoshou Mountain Scenic Area in Hangzhou, situated upstream of Xix Creek, adjacent to the Wu Chao Mountain National Forest Park to the north, and facing the Xiaohe Mountain Higher Education District to the west. The park currently features man-made beaches, children’s play areas, mountain spring bathing areas, ecological walking trails, and a visitor service center, among other facilities. Upon entering the park, visitors are greeted by vast sandy beaches separated by wooden boardwalks, along which one can stroll and enjoy views of waterfalls, dripping rock formations, and stone ruins. At the end of the boardwalk lies the Baoshou Mountain Cold Spring. Here, with sunlight, sandy beaches, and palm trees, visitors can experience an island-like atmosphere, perfect for swimming, splashing in the water, and sunbathing. The park has been praised by tourists as the ‘Maldives of Hangzhou’ and ‘Little Sanya’. The park is open year-round from 8:30 to 17:30, with specific business hours subject to the day’s operations.
