The Bronze Guanyin Statue, assembled from approximately fifty parts, stands at a height of 20 meters and weighs 50 tons, symbolizing the Guanyin Lotus Garden. The garden was inaugurated on March 21, 1999, and was designed by Portuguese architect and sculptor, Lee Chien-lien, with support from UNESCO to promote mutual respect and friendship among people and civilizations. Operating hours are throughout the year from Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
