Lianfeng Temple was initially built in the Ming Dynasty. Its ancient name was Tianfei Temple, mainly worshipping the Queen of Heaven. Currently, in the main temple, Avalokitesvara and the Queen of Heaven are worshipped. In addition, there are also the Hall of Emperor Wu, the Hall of Renshou, the Hall of Yiling, the Hall of Shennong, the Hall of Zu Song, and the Hall of Jinhuaniangniang and Doumu. In front of the temple, there is a stone statue and memorial hall of Lin Zexu.


The entire temple is horizontally connected with three rooms and has two entrances. In the middle hall of the first entrance, the Queen of Heaven is worshipped. In front of the hall, there is a square pavilion, which was once a place for officials to handle cases. In the middle hall of the second entrance, Avalokitesvara is worshipped. The side halls on both sides of the first and second entrances respectively worship Guan Yu, the Great Emperor Yiling, Shennong, Jinhuaniangniang, etc.
