Lianghui Reservoir is situated in Lizhou Sub-district, Yuyao City, within the province of Zhejiang. It is a medium-sized reservoir that is 6 kilometers away from the urban area of Yuyao. The dam, which is a key component of the reservoir project, has a designed height of 36.6 meters and a total storage capacity of 31.52 million cubic meters. This reservoir serves multiple purposes, including flood control, water supply, power generation, aquatic products, and tourism.
The project’s infrastructure comprises a dam, a spillway, a flood discharge tunnel, and a water conveyance tunnel. The reservoir is open to the public all year round and operates 24 hours a day, making it a versatile and accessible resource for the community.
