Lianhua Mountain Ski Resort in Beijing was newly established in December 2003. The ski resort now offers a total of 7 ski trails for beginners, intermediates, and advanced skiers, one high mountain quad chair lift, and 5 tow lifts. In addition, there are designated snow circle tracks, snowmobile tracks, snow soccer fields, tennis courts, horse racing tracks, and a swimming and water play area for summer.
Accommodations are also available with distinctively designed Russian-style villas to ensure food and lodging for visitors. The snowboards are all brand new and imported. Green ecology is the characteristic and philosophy of Lianhua Mountain Ski Resort. Integrating green ecological parks into the ski resort’s supporting facilities is the ingenuity of Lianhua Mountain Ski Resort. The spacious and bright green ecological restaurant and green landscape hall are surrounded by lush bamboo and willows, with babbling brooks, cascading waterfalls, and melodious bird songs, resembling a landscape painting of the southern region. Immersed in greenery, through the glass curtain wall, one can see the snowy mountains and the white whirlwinds on the ski trails. Here, the south and the north, green and white, achieve a perfect combination, with the white whirlwind and the green ecological melody playing the winter symphony. The ski resort is open all year round from 08:30 to 16:30; and from 17:30 to 22:00.
