Established in 1982, the Lianshan Ethnic Museum was renamed and began to be used after the completion of its new building in 1992. In 2002, the original two-story building was expanded to a three-story building, with a current construction area of approximately 1270 square meters, of which the exhibition area is about 700 square meters.
