Licun Pedestrian Street is more than 200 meters in length. This commercial street was formed in the 1970s. After continuous planning, construction and renovation, it has become a comprehensive commercial center in the north of Qingdao. There is a sunken square in the pedestrian street. Facilities such as fountains, sculptural lamp posts and seats have also been built, and beautification and greening have been carried out. It has become a multi-functional commercial pedestrian street integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment and business. At present, large and medium-sized commercial buildings such as Laobai and Beifang Guomao stand in great numbers on this street, and small and medium-sized commercial outlets are densely distributed. There are more than 140 stores in total.
