Lin Chang Jiao Island is composed of a jumbled accumulation of gray-black limestone, hence its name. The island spans an area of approximately 0.014 square kilometers, located in the Hou Shui Bay of the Beibu Gulf, under the jurisdiction of Danzhou, Hainan Province. It is submerged by seawater for the majority of the year. The surrounding waters are rich in fishery resources, and its geographical location is quite unique, situated on the maritime boundary line between Danzhou and Lingao counties. The island is open all year round, accessible 24/7, with specific operating conditions subject to the day’s opening status.
