Lin Huai Guan Road, named after the ancient town of Lin Huai Guan in Fengyang, Anhui, is the third of the eight major passes in the north and south. It spans a total length of 476 meters and was constructed in the early 1930s, originally as a sandy road, which was later paved with asphalt in 1959.
