The Lin Zexu’s Birthplace Memorial Hall is located at No. 19, Zhongshan Road, Fuzhou. It is one of the places where Lin Zexu was born and spent his childhood living and studying. In 1997, it was listed as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit.
On June 26, 2000, the Fuzhou Municipal People’s Government established the “Fuzhou Anti-Drug Education Base” in the museum. Since then, an average of 80,000 to 90,000 tourists come here every year to receive patriotic education.

Lin Zexu’s family was not well-off when he was a child, so his birthplace is very small and simple. There are only a few small wing rooms and no garden.
