Linghui Temple on Carp Island is located at the bottom of the cliff on Carp Island in Huian County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. It faces the sea and has the cliff at its back. The cliff is more than ten zhang high. There is a couplet in the temple: “The mountain rocks serve as a screen, and the sacred incense drifts for thousands of li; the sound of the pine waves is like a song, and the souls of Linghui bless thousands of families.” This exactly matches the scenery here.
