The courtyard in Lishi Hutong was originally the residence of Bin Jun, the magistrate of Wuchang at the end of the Qing Dynasty. It is located at No. 129, Lishi Hutong in Dongcheng District. The large house has three bays and contains two courtyards. The two courtyards are connected by a corridor. The garden in the east courtyard is equipped with hanging flowers, brick-carved courtyard walls and still water. The flowers and trees are pleasant and the scenery is simple and beautiful.
