Liuhua Park boasts a long history, surrounded by mountains and waters, and offers a very tranquil environment, making it an excellent leisure park.
What is even more remarkable is the abundance of legends and historical relics here, among which the well-known Liuhua Tower dates back to the Ming Dynasty during the Wanli period. Strolling within the park, the interplay of mountains and waters is truly refreshing and uplifting.
There are numerous sculptures of famous figures from the Anti-Japanese War period along both sides of the road, which hold significant educational value in terms of revolutionary history.
Following the footpath to the summit of Tongling Mountain allows one to experience the grandeur of the Liuhua Tower at close range. The tower, with eight sides and seven levels, is built with red stone as the base and constructed with grey bricks and mortar, commemorating the hero General Xiong Fei who led the people to resist the Yuan army.
