Liwan Lake Park, formerly known as Litchi Bay, is a historically rich water town attraction in Guangzhou city. During the Ming Dynasty, the ‘Litchi Bay Fisherman’s Song’ was listed as one of the eight scenic spots of Yangcheng.
The park is composed of Xiaocui Lake, Yu Cui Lake, Ruyi Lake, and Wu Xiu Lake, with eight pavilions, eight bridges, four corridors, three halls, one pavilion, and one tower, all scattered among the green waters and trees, showcasing distinctive garden architecture.

Liwan Lake Park is not far from Shangxiajiu, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. It can be visited together with Shangxiajiu and the Western-style houses of Xiguan. The park is open all year round, accessible 24/7.
