Nationally ranked as the third comprehensive cultural square, Longcheng Square boasts a spacious area perfectly suited for hosting dragon and lion dances, as well as various cultural activities. As night falls, the square becomes a bustling hub of activity filled with the hum of voices.

The square’s landscape is primarily composed of the bronze Nine-Dragon sculpture designed by the renowned sculptor Han Meilin, the Hundred Newspapers Corridor, and the Hundred Dragon Calligraphy Treasures. It has hosted national dragon dance competitions and the China International Lion Dance Invitational, especially the ‘Weekend Cultural Square’, which features cultural performances on Friday evenings and movie nights on Saturdays, providing endless entertainment for residents and migrant workers.

Over 5000 peace doves are also raised on the square, coexisting peacefully with visitors as they play amidst the flowers and grass. The opening hours and specific business status are subject to the daily operation of the square.
