Longevity Valley, nestled at the southern foot of a mountain, is a cultural theme park that celebrates longevity and prosperity. Its topography, hugging the mountain’s contours, stretches in a valley-like form, creating an enchanting backdrop of tropical rainforest landscapes.
Among the famous attractions in Longevity Valley are the bronze statue of ‘Wuliang Shoufo’ (Immortal Buddha), ‘Liushui Zun Zhe’ (Respected One of Flowing Water), and the inscription ‘Longevity as the Southern Mountain’, penned by the renowned Chinese calligrapher Qi Gong.
The park also boasts a longevity culture corridor, which houses two large stone carvings: ‘Fu Hai Shou Shan’ (Blessings and Longevity) and ‘Song He Yan Nian’ (Pine and Crane Extending Life). Within this corridor, visitors can admire inscriptions by the famous Chinese calligrapher and seal engraver Chen Zuo Huang, a poem by Huang Fangyong from the Ming Dynasty titled ‘Ao Shan Die Cui’, as well as peculiar characters forming the Fude seal, and the ‘Bai Shou Tu’ (Hundred Longevity Characters).
Longevity Valley is open all year round, offering accessibility 24/7, making it a destination that can be enjoyed at any time.
