Longjin East Road is located in the central southwest of Guangzhou City, stretching from People’s Middle Road in the east to Daihe Road in the west. It spans 630 meters in length and 10 meters in width, with an asphalt surface.

The intersection of Longjin East Road was originally known as the ‘Sixth Pu Water Foot’, the section from Guangfu Road to Zi Lai Market was originally ‘Qingzi Alley’, and the section from there to the end of Daihe Road was ‘Lupai Alley’. Longjin Middle Road was originally ‘Longjin Bridge and Longjin Street’. Longjin West Road was originally ‘Sanshengshe Street’. Further west are ‘Enzhou Straight Street’ and ‘Enzhou Seventh and Eighth Contracts’. In 1930, the original Jinyunli, Qingzi Alley, and Lupai Alley were expanded into a road, named for its location to the east of Longjin Stone Bridge.
