The Abstract Gallery is located on the east coast of Liuao Peninsula in Zhangpu, Xincuo Village, Liuao Town, about 45 kilometers away from Zhangpu County. This is a weathered granite coastal scenery. At the protruding part on the east side of Laoya Mountain in the middle section of Liuao Peninsula, there are scenic sandy beaches connected by dams on both the north and south. To the east is the vast Taiwan Strait, and to the west is the coastal sand-fixing dense forest. The Laoya Mountain weathered granite and abstract rock painting group is a rare wonder on China’s coast. The scenic area covers an area of about 0.5 square kilometers. In the places where waves are pounding and tides are washing, besides clean fine sand, there are hard stubborn stones. When the waves are raging, the stubborn stones will welcome the spray onto the rock paintings. Perhaps due to the washing of the spray, the background color of the rock paintings is as white and lovely as the spray. The main body of the scenic area is on the coastal hills. In the scenic area, there are continuous gullies. Each gully is a wrinkled and stacked picture scroll. In the paintings, there are blood vessel networks on the surface of internal organs after animals open their cavities; some are like abandoned residual nets of spiders; some are like beasts chasing; some are like dragons and snakes roaming; some are like farmers working; some are like fairies dancing.
