Longqing Chan Monastery, located in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, known as the ‘Bamboo Home of China’, was originally constructed during the Later Liang Dynasty of the Five Dynasties period (A.D. 912). It is said that the King of the Wu and Yue Kingdom once visited this place, and the monastery has undergone multiple renovations and expansions during the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties.
