Longqiyuan Scenic Area is located in Wuxi, Xikeng She Autonomous Town, Wencheng County, and is a national AAAA-level scenic spot. It is situated 18 kilometers east of the Bai Zhangji Scenic Area, 15 kilometers south of Feiyun Lake and Yanmen Grand Canyon Scenic Area, 18 kilometers west of Tongling Mountain and Shiyang Forest Parks, and 12 kilometers north of Liu Ji’s Hometown. It occupies a central position in the ‘horseshoe’-shaped tourism circle of Wencheng County, boasting a unique geographical advantage and covering an area of over 6000 acres.
The scenic area is composed of the Longqiyuan Visitor Reception Center, hotel service complex, cliff dwellings, scenic spots, sightseeing trains, glass water slide projects, science park parent-child interactive projects, and She ethnic culture, forming a basic ecological and cultural foundation. The opening hours are from 08:30 to 15:30 all year round. Preferential policies include: Children under 1.2 meters (not including) are exempt from park entry tickets; children over 1.2 meters (including) and under 18 years old (not including) receive discounts; the elderly over 70 years old (including) with valid identification are exempt from park entry tickets; full-time university students with student IDs receive discounts; people with disabilities with disability certificates receive free entry; and veterans with military service preference certificates receive discounts.
