Longquan Mountain is located in Baishanzu Nature Reserve, Longquan City, Zhejiang Province. Its main peak, Huangmaojian, has an altitude of 1929 meters and is the highest peak in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The altitude and temperature here are similar to those of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, forming many natural wonders unique to the plateau, such as plateau lakes, alpine meadows, and sea of clouds and pine trees. At present, six major scenic spots have been opened, including Longquan Grand Canyon, Wilderness Mountain Villa, Spectacular Pines on Precipices, Seven Star Ponds, Huangmaojian, and the source of Oujiang River. The strange pines and rocks, deep pools and waterfalls, Buddha’s light on the cloud top, and the naturally formed Longquan Buddha more than one thousand meters high are all shocking. There is a circular walking path in the scenic area. Walking in the mountains, if it is in spring and summer, more than 60 kinds of century-old rhododendrons compete in blooming, extremely beautiful, just like walking into a fairyland. Opening hours: Open all year round from 8:00 to 17:00.
