A large metal lotus blooms in the round pool, with water jetting out from both the pool and the lotus, creating countless fountains of various sizes, some reaching dozens of meters high, making it a spectacular sight. Quancheng Square is named as the ‘International Art Square’ among city squares. It stretches approximately 780 meters from east to west and about 230 meters from north to south, covering an area of 16.96 hectares. The design is based on the main axis connecting Baotu Spring and Jiefang Pavilion, with the continuation of Bangpeng Street and Shuowen Road as the secondary axis, forming the framework.
