The Loup Hoi Library building is a simple and elegant single-story Portuguese-style building with a cloister composed of six pillars on the front. Opening hours: Open from 8:00 to 20:00 from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year; Open from 14:00 to 20:00 on Mondays throughout the year.
