Lu’s Residence in Yuehu Lake is located on the east bank of Yuehu Lake in Haishu District, Ningbo. It faces south. The central axis consists of the main house, backyard and two wing rooms. The main house is a three-bay building. The central room has a wide frontage. There are lathe railings. The gable is decorated with Guanyin pockets. It forms a courtyard with two wing rooms. This residence belonged to Lu Hongchang and his son Lu Chengzhang. They were influential in the late Qing Dynasty and made significant contributions to the liberation of Ningbo during the Revolution of 1911.
