Located at the southern end of Luofu Village, Ou Bei Town, on the peaks of the Tortoise and Snake Mountains, the current pagodas were constructed during the Ming Dynasty. The twin pagodas share a similar form and structure, and are well-preserved. They feature a hexagonal plan and are made of brick in a pavilion-style structure. The base is paved with blocks of stone to form the pagoda base, with flat stones laid out to create a flat seat. The pagoda body is conical, tapering at each level, with arched doors built at each level, and occasional niches for enshrining Buddha statues. The six-sided pillars are topped with brick-made brackets. The eaves are crafted with bricks to resemble rafters and flying rafters, with the corners shaped like dragons, and the仔角梁 lifting its wings. The Luo Fu Twin Pagodas face the Jiangxin Twin Pagodas across the Ou River. Opening hours and business status are subject to the day’s availability.
