Luojia Temple is located in Shishi City. The Minnan Golden Coast here has a vast and charming sea area. It leans against Baogai Mountain in the northwest and faces the Taiwan Strait in the southeast. The three characters of “Luojia Temple” were inscribed by Zhao Puchu, the president of the Buddhist Association of China. Inside the temple, there are the “Tianwang Hall”, the “Yuantong Baodian”, the “Nianfo Hall”, the “Scripture Depository”, the “Bell and Drum Tower” and the “Wuguan Hall”, etc. The whole temple is majestic, with carved beams and painted rafters, and resplendent. Against the background of the sea and sky, it has a broad artistic conception. The pavilions, terraces and towers are fantastically intertwined with the vast expanse of misty waves and the distant sails, forming a wonderful landscape painting. It extends the auspicious vein of Baogai Mountain to the east and embraces the auspicious air of Zimao Mountain to the west. Endowed with the spirituality of the sea and sky and the beauty of the excellent location, Luojia Temple is rich in essence and uniquely blessed. It is inclusive and magnanimous.
