Luther Apartment, constructed in 1905, is a three-section German-style public building. The total construction area is approximately 1600 square meters.
It features a brick and wood structure with two above-ground floors, an attic, and one underground floor. The building has a granite foundation and a roof covered with bull-tongue tiles.
The main entrance faces north, with the first floor adorned with wooden arched windows. The north facade is decorated with wooden balconies and exposed wooden structures, while the attic features a dormer window.
The interior stands at 4 meters high with wooden flooring, natural ventilation, and excellent lighting. It currently serves as the office building for the Qingdao tax authorities.
