The Cultural Centre is located on Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-sen, serving as a venue for cultural and artistic performances. It comprises a landscape park, a theatre building, and an art museum building.
The theatre building features a comprehensive theatre capable of accommodating over a thousand people, as well as a smaller theatre that can hold four hundred people.
The art museum houses five exhibition areas and is a large-scale visual art exhibition space, regularly hosting high-quality art exhibitions.
It is open to the public from 09:00 to 19:00 all year round, with the facility accessible from 9 am to 7 pm daily, or until the end of the last event of the day.
