Hangzhou is the drafting site of China’s 1954 Constitution. The May Fourth Constitution Historical Exhibition Hall is located at Building 30, No. 84 Beishan Street. It was officially opened on December 4, 2016, which was the third National Constitution Day. The exhibition hall vividly displays the true course and brilliant achievements of the Party leading the people in formulating and implementing the Constitution. Opening hours: The hall is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00-16:30 all year round; closed all day on Mondays. Service facilities for luggage storage: Due to space limitations in the venue, please do not bring large luggage into the venue. Large luggage can be temporarily stored in the luggage storage facilities and should be collected promptly after the visit.
