MGM Macau and Chef Nic, a culinary lifestyle brand founded by Nicholas Tse, have once again joined forces for the third edition of the ‘Lion Rock Rock ‘n’ Roll Food Festival’. The first floor platform of MGM Cotai will be transformed into a fragrant rock stage! Nicholas Tse will lead several popular Hong Kong singers, with South Korean singer Jessica Jung and Thai popular OST band SCRUBB as surprise guests, offering a 5-hour outdoor rock music and food festival over two days. In addition to the music stage, Chef Nic and his team of ‘Chef Nic’ chefs, along with the elite chef team of MGM, will create exquisite and authentic specialty dishes. Southeast Asian popular food stores KEK and After You will make a two-day appearance in Macau, bringing their signature dishes ‘Chilli Crab’ and ‘Ice Bread’ directly to MGM. From the selected delicacies designed by the team of renowned chefs to the Southeast Asian flavors that will tantalize your taste buds, a unique ‘culinary journey’ will be created for everyone over two days. The event is open from November 30th to December 1st, with performance times and durations subject to the actual event.
