The Minghe Taoist Temple is located on Yuquan Peak on the right side of Jinting Lake in Tongbai Mountain, 12.5 kilometers northwest of Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province. It is a Taoist temple with a long history. It was built in the late Han Dynasty by Gao Dao Ge Xuan to worship Wang Qiao. The Minghe Taoist Temple stands in the air against the rock. A hundred-meter waterfall on the side of the building pours down like jade. The fairy wind blows gently. The sound of kingfishers is like the harmonious chirping of cranes, which is extraordinary. There are also a large number of cultural relics and ancient books preserved in the temple. It is an important historical and cultural site.
