They are transformed into Mr. Top Hat – Thomas, Bunny – Tony, Queen of Hearts – Tracy, and Little Girl – Tiffani. Mr. Top Hat has developed a candy-making machine. Through this machine, a colorful dreamland is created. He leads the candy elves to welcome every traveling family and helps them find their unrestrained childlike innocence here.
