The monument is located in Tongshukeng, Pingtian, Huangyan. It is in front of the Memorial Hall of the CPC Taizhou Special Committee Organs. It was completed in 2007 and was built together when the memorial hall was renovated. It mainly records the important revolutionary deeds of the CPC Taizhou Special Committee Organs in the history of Taizhou City and Huangyan District during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation.
