When it comes to overlooking Gulangyu Island, most people think of Sunlight Rock. However, there is also Moonlight Rock on Gulangyu Island. It is not only a place to enjoy the sunset but also offers a distant view of Haicang Port.
Moonlight Rock is the second-highest point on Gulangyu Island. It is located on Bishan Road. With fewer people and a quiet environment, when you lean on the railing and look into the distance, you can have a panoramic view of the 360-degree sea view without any blind spots. Standing on Moonlight Rock, you can almost see half of Xiamen.
