Nan’an City Library, established in February 1981, is located near 129 Xi Mei Street. The library features various sections including a children’s book reading area, a children’s activity area, an electronic resources reading area, a book lending area, a periodical reading area, and a Chinese newspaper reading area. It offers services such as information consultation, e-book downloads, book lending, and telephone renewals.


The library’s operating hours are as follows: from June 1st to September 30th, it is open from 08:00 to 21:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays to Sundays, and from 08:00 to 11:30 and 18:00 to 21:00 on Fridays. From October 1st to May 31st, it is open from 08:00 to 20:30 on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays to Sundays, and from 08:00 to 11:30 and 17:30 to 20:30 on Fridays. The children’s football reading room is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00-11:30 AM and 14:30-17:00 PM (from October 1st to May 31st), and 15:00-17:30 PM (from June 1st to September 30th).


The electronic reading room is open from Monday to Friday, 08:00-11:30 AM and 14:30-17:30 PM (from October 1st to May 31st), and 15:00-18:00 PM (from June 1st to September 30th). The lending room and newspaper reading room are closed on Fridays in the afternoon for internal tidying and are not open to the public. Each area of the library has different opening hours, and the specific business status is subject to the day’s opening conditions.


Mandatory tips: 1. Entry process: Reservation via the library’s public account (on-site reservation is also available) → Wearing a mask and undergoing temperature check → Inspection of ‘Ba Min Health Code’, ‘Travel Code’, and ‘Vaccination Mark’ → Scanning the ‘Institution Pasted Code’ for registration → Book borrowing → Exiting the library. 2. Senior readers over 60 years old can register on-site with a valid ID.


3. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian, register with a valid ID, and have their books borrowed and returned by the guardian. It is advised that preschool children do not enter the library. 4. Those with abnormal body temperature (≥37.3°C) or obvious respiratory symptoms, those not wearing masks, and those providing false information will be denied entry. Individuals with abnormal ‘Health Code’ or ‘Travel Code’ status, those who have arrived or passed through high or medium-risk areas within 14 days, and those who have arrived or passed through low-risk areas of cities with high or medium-risk areas within 14 days will be denied entry.


Those who do not cooperate or interfere with epidemic prevention work will be dealt with according to laws and regulations by relevant departments.



5. Implementing visitor flow control, with a maximum of 70 people allowed in the museum at the same time. Visitors are required to wear masks throughout their stay, maintain a social distance of more than 1 meter, and cover their mouths and noses when coughing or sneezing.


6. Book borrowing is available from Monday to Saturday (closed on Friday afternoons), and prior appointment is required for entry; please avoid gathering and maintain a distance of more than 1 meter during the borrowing process; if there are too many readers in the same place, follow the staff’s guidance and arrangements; borrow and leave promptly to reduce the time spent inside the library; parents are asked to cooperate in supervising their children to prevent them from staying in the library for extended periods.


7. The use of our museum’s WeChat public account ‘Yun Yue Du’ and mobile library for digital literature resources is encouraged.


8. The museum will adjust its opening hours, scope of access, and visitor numbers based on the epidemic prevention and control situation.
