Nan’ao Bird Valley, located in the western corner of Shen’ao Town, spans over a hundred acres and is surrounded by lush forests. Upon entering the valley, the crisp chirping of birds echoes, as if they are greeting you with ‘hello, hello’. The valley is built along the mountain, with a winding path leading visitors upwards.
As you walk into the semi-open spaces designed for the birds, mimicking their natural habitat, you will find rocks, green plants, and water sources, as well as bird nests, bird houses, and various suspended ropes. The rocks and trees in Nan’ao Bird Valley are sourced from nature. The valley currently houses over a hundred species of parrots, including well-known species like blue parrots, toucans, and sun conures, as well as many hybrid and sunflower parrots.
