Nankunshan Grand View Garden Kunshan Gorge Drifting

Kunshan Gorge Drifting Scenic Area is located within Longmen, Guanghe Expressway, situated between Yonghan and Shajing exits, a 5-minute drive from Nankunshan Hot Spring Grand View Garden. It is accessible within an hour from Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Huizhou, and 1.5 hours from Shenzhen, boasting an extremely favorable geographical location.


The scenic area is a comprehensive leisure destination integrating sports and leisure, entertainment and sightseeing, and tourism and vacation, just a ten-minute drive from Nankunshan Hot Spring Grand View Garden. Adjacent to the renowned scenic spot, Nankunshan National Forest Park, it is located within the provincial-level forest park, Oil Field Forest Farm, covering a total area of over 70,000 acres with rich tourism resources. The area is characterized by high mountains, dense forests, and abundant springs, making the ecological environment particularly beautiful.


The air contains over 100,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter, making it a natural oxygen bar. The river water is crystal clear, and the drifting water has been tested to meet the standards of mountain spring water suitable for direct drinking, with a mineral water processing plant nearby.


The drifting river course is 7 kilometers long, hidden in the lush forest. The river course is full of large rocks and rapids, with clear water, and the drifting boats rush down the stream at times and gently float at others, allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the river and fully appreciate the enchanting gorge scenery.


The opening hours are from April 4th to October 31st, from 13:00 to 16:00. On weekends, the full course drifting time is from 13:00 to 16:00, and the half course is from 13:30 to 16:30. On weekdays, the full course drifting time is from 13:30 to 15:30, and the half course is from 14:00 to 16:00.


Must-see tips: 1. The scenic area provides life jackets, helmets, and drifting paddles; 2. Prohibited drifting groups include those with heart disease, pregnant women, high blood pressure, acrophobia, fractures, and those who have undergone surgery within the last three months, as well as those with physical disabilities (arms, legs) depending on the actual situation, and people over 60 years old are prohibited from participating (tourists voluntarily assume responsibility, and those who sign the scenic area’s exemption agreement can participate depending on the actual situation).
