Nanquan Temple is located in the southern part of Donggu’erzhuang Village, Zhonggong Street (Zhonggong Town), Licheng District, Jinan City. The exact year of establishment of Nanquan Temple is unknown, but it has been renovated in various dynasties. The temple is possibly named after the spring located to its south. All that remains of Licheng’s Nanquan Temple are ruins, including the ‘Zan He’ stone bell pavilion and six ancient steles.
