Nanyue Garden is located at Dachuangan, Zini Village. It is a large Lingnan garden that combines landscape gardens with Lingnan architecture, and features both art treasures and Lingnan gardens. The garden showcases the historical and cultural town of Shawan and the charm of Yushan. There are twenty small scenic spots such as ‘Majestic Gathering of Elegance’ and ‘Soaring Dragons and Dancing Phoenixes’ in the Nanyue Garden.
As you walk, the scenery changes constantly, presenting a beautiful and captivating view. Entering the gate of Nanyue Garden, you are greeted by a large screen wall – the Nine Dragon Wall, which is the beautiful scenery of ‘Soaring Dragons and Dancing Phoenixes’. Under the Nine Dragon Wall is a carved bluestone base, topped with a glazed tile roof of ‘jade wrapped in gold’, and surrounded by white marble railings. In order to highlight the image of the dragon, Foshan Fine Arts Ceramics Factory uses relief technology for shaping and firing, giving it a strong sense of three-dimensionality. Against the backdrop of the sea and auspicious clouds, the nine dragons are vivid in form. Especially under the sunlight, they shine brightly, with colorful and gorgeous appearances.
