The Ne Zha Temple is not large. It is located behind the Ruins of St. Paul. It is said that before the temple was built, a plague was prevalent in Macau. To avoid disasters, residents in the area built this temple and enshrined Ne Zha as the patron saint. Compared with the surrounding buildings, the Ne Zha Temple is like an architectural sketch. It does not compete with the old city wall and the Ruins of St. Paul in terms of massiveness and grandeur. Instead, through simple decorative materials and different contrast methods of emptiness and solidity, it reflects its light and unique image. The building is 8.4 meters deep and 4.51 meters wide. It is a two-entry building, but there is no patio in the middle. It is a relatively rare example in traditional Chinese temples. In the main hall of the Ne Zha Temple, there are various statues of Ne Zha enshrined.
