Neobio Family Center (Zhuoyue Store) is a high-end parent-child entertainment place for families with children aged 0-14. It is an international family growth space integrating aesthetic experience, entertainment facilities, Chinese and English graded reading, children’s theme activities, parent-child theme restaurant and exclusive party service.
Opening hours: From January 1st to September 2nd, open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 – 21:00; from September 6th to December 31st, open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 – 21:00; from January 1st to September 2nd, open on Monday, 10:00 – 18:00; from September 6th to December 31st, open on Monday, 10:00 – 18:00; from September 3rd to September 5th, closed all day.
Supplementary note on preferential policies: Special groups: Infants under 6 months old can enter for free as accompanying partners of admitted children. As non-accompanying roles (there is only one child in the same group), they need to purchase full-price tickets to enter.
Must-see tips: 1. Some play areas have height restrictions.
2. Admission must comply with the ‘Neobio Admission Notice’: that is, please enter with shoes off and socks on; to ensure the play experience and safety, long sleeves and long pants are required in some play areas; this venue refuses to bring in drinks and food from outside; the dining area is only in the parent-child restaurant area; children cannot enter alone. At least one parent of each family must accompany them to enter, and parents cannot be replaced halfway. Accompanying parents should take good care of the accompanying children, abide by the play instructions, fulfill the supervision obligation and be responsible for the children’s play and safety.
3. For each additional adult, only a 100-yuan accompanying ticket needs to be paid. For each additional child, an extra ticket needs to be purchased.
4. The venue is regularly closed for disinfection once a week. Please arrange your time for travel.
