The New Fourth Army Headquarters Memorial Hall is located at the intersection of Binhe East Road and Junbu Street in Hedong District, Linyi City. It represents the last headquarters of the New Fourth Army in history and is the birthplace of the East China Military Region and the East China Field Army, holding significant historical value in the history of China’s revolutionary wars.
Opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00-11:30 and 14:00-16:30 all year round; closed all day on Mondays; and open on New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day from 09:00-11:30 and 14:00-16:30.
