Niangniang Mountain in Laiyang City is the main peak of the Niangniang Mountain Scenic Area behind Xiaoliangjia Village, Gaogezhuang Town, Laiyang City. It is located 1.5 kilometers southeast of Daxue Village, Gaogezhuang Town, Laiyang City, Shandong Province, with an altitude of 269 meters. It is 1 kilometer from north to south and 0.5 kilometers from east to west. There is a temple of the Queen of Heaven on the mountain, hence the name Niangniang Mountain. The mountain body of Niangniang Mountain is composed of glutenite, sandstone and shale. To the south is Yingzi Mountain. To the north are seven slightly shorter peaks including Laogu Jian, Gushan, Xianlong Mountain, Mao Mountain, Fang Mountain and Huang Mountain. The mountains are connected with majestic momentum and look like children snuggling up to each other. Therefore, they are collectively called ‘Seven Sons Lianfeng’, which is one of the eight scenic spots in Laiyang. The opening hours are subject to the opening status on that day.
