Ningbo Bang Cultural Park is located adjacent to Ningbo University and Ningbo Institute of Technology, situated in the North Higher Education Area of Ningbo. The entire park is characterized by its waterside pavilions and gardens, as well as its merchant culture landscapes. The architectural style represents the confluence of the “Three Rivers,” with two main theme sculptures, the “Hundred Meter Relief,” and seven group sculptures representing characteristic industries.
It fully displays the “Yongzhou Spirit” forged by the Ningbo Bang over a century, which includes the “roots-seeking” sentiment of “trees returning to their origins,” the pioneering spirit of “daring to be the first in the world,” the open-mindedness of “embracing all rivers,” the integrity of “being practical and free from falsehood,” and the cooperative style of “valuing industry and righteousness.”
