The Ningbo University Park Library is a directly affiliated unit of the Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau. It also serves as the second library of Ningbo City, the Ningbo Children’s Library, the Ningbo Red Scarf Library, the Ningbo Digital Library, and the Yinzhou District Library. Six libraries are integrated into one. At the same time, it has been awarded multiple titles such as Ningbo Science Popularization Education Base, Ningbo Social Science Popularization Base, and Ningbo Legal Education Base. It was completed on December 28, 2003 and officially opened to the public. It covers an area of 58,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 28,600 square meters and a total investment of nearly 140 million yuan. Opening hours: Open from 13:30 to 20:30 on Mondays throughout the year; Open from 08:30 to 20:30 from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year.
